The EAP is meant to provide you with instant access to in the moment stresses that can provide you with one on one counseling. There is also a Concierge service for Child and Elder Care Resources, Legal and Financial Assistance and Library of Resources available on the app. The program allows up to 3 sessions per issue for the Short Term Counseling. The program also provides Health and Wellness Coaching with the ability to provide you with a customized wellness and action plan to help reach our goals.
